Jeanne Beaver Daubert, 91, of Fredericksburg, died on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Harmony in Hershey, PA.

Jeanne was born in Harrisburg on July 23, 1930, to the late Ralph L. and Alice H. Beaver of Lebanon, PA. She was valedictorian of her Lower Paxton High School Class of 1948 and graduated from Gettysburg College in 1952 with a B.A. in psychology.

Jeanne always had a passion for teaching and reading, and she earned an elementary education teaching certificate from Lebanon Valley College. While teaching fifth grade at Fredericksburg Elementary, Jeanne met Harlan A. Daubert, who would become her husband of nearly sixty years and father of their seven children.

Jeanne later completed her graduate studies at Millersville University to become a Junior High School Reading Specialist. She retired from the Northern Lebanon School District after a nearly 40-year career of mentoring, serving, and inspiring her students.

With her steadfast Christian faith and love for God, Jeanne also served as superintendent of Christian Education and taught third and fourth grades at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lebanon.

Jeanne had a strong love for her large family. She cherished celebrating the holidays with her children and grandchildren, hosting picnics by the family pool, tending to the fish in her pond, hugging her dogs, cheering on both sides during family volleyball games, and listening to her many talented family members create music.

Jeanne is survived by a brother, R. Hart Beaver of Cornwall, PA, and seven children: Suzanne, wife of Wayne Fox of Jonestown, PA; Nancy, wife of the late Rev. Yutaka Kishino of Riverside, CA; Harlan, husband of Sarah of Winston-Salem, NC; Alison of Lebanon, PA; Christopher, husband of Katie of Columbia, MO; Elizabeth, husband of Albert Cavalier of Landenberg, PA; and Aaron, husband of Anthony Terrigno of Jersey City; twelve grandchildren: Lindsay Fox Good, Michael Fox, Stephanie Fox, Katherine Kishino Johnson, Andrew Kishino, H. Graeme Daubert, Emily Daubert, E. Harrison Daubert, William Cavalier, Annie Cavalier, Maxwell Daubert, and Hayden Daubert, and eleven great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 28 N. 9th St., Lebanon, on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 12:00 noon. A visitation will be held beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service.
