Jed H. Gingrich, 67, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at his residence. He was the husband of Audrey K. (Rupponer) Gingrich.

Jed was born in Lebanon on May 21, 1955, to the late Hiester R. and Polly A. (Baseshore) Gingrich.

Jed was a Lebanon High School graduate. He was the owner of Gingrich Insurance from 1979 – 2016. After retirement, he opened a used car business and a storage facility. He was also co-owner of Boger Concrete. He was a long-time member of The Steitz Club. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, farming, watching farming videos on YOUTUBE, and driving through the farmlands of Lebanon County. He was also a sports fan, enjoying the Philadelphia teams. He loved taking his grandchildren fishing, watching them play in the backyard, and taking them to the beach.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Shane H. Gingrich (Ellen) of Lebanon, Elizabeth J. Surmacz (Andrew) of Lebanon, Amber Ruoss (Hunter) of Lancaster, Ashley Hartman (Justin) of Downingtown, Alia Rupponer of Avalon, NJ, grandchildren, Gavin Gingrich, Finley Gingrich, Drew Surmacz, Bode Ruoss, Iylah Hartman, and siblings, Paul “Pepper” Gingrich of Lebanon, Kurt Gingrich of Allison Park, PA, Gregory Gingrich of Lebanon, and Cyndi Gingrich of Lebanon.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 11 AM from Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Covenant/Greenwood Cemetery, Lebanon. There will be a viewing held on Friday evening, October 21, 2022, from 6 PM-8 PM at the funeral home, and again on Saturday morning from 10 AM -11 AM at the funeral home.
