Jennifer Lynn Holdren Mease, 56, of Lebanon, lived every moment with grace and love, and on Jan. 26, 2021, surrounded by her family, she breathed her last.

Jennifer was born on Aug. 26, 1964, and lived in Moscow, PA, until she moved to Lebanon when she was 20 years old. Jennifer is the daughter of Margaret and Leroy Benjamin (Moscow, PA/The Villages, FL) and Robert and Grace Holdren (Virginia Beach, VA). Jennifer attended school at the North Pocono School District, where she graduated in 1982. She then attended Lackawanna Junior College and the University of Scranton, where she graduated with a degree in elementary education. She then went on to become certified in special education and, ultimately, worked for Intermediate Unit 13 as a teacher in their sub-separate classroom for multiply disabled children. Jennifer was dearly valued as a teacher in this position and cared for her children with great love and respect. On Sept. 23, 1995, Jennifer married the love of her life, Rick Mease, and the two celebrated their 25th anniversary this past year.

In addition to her husband and parents, Jennifer is survived by her twin sons, Bryan Holdren and Brent Holdren, husband of Michelle, granddaughters, Willow and Bria Holdren (Lebanon), sister, Julia Holdren (Boston), nephew, Trevor Robinson (Seattle, WA), brother, Christian Benjamin, husband of Debbie, and their daughter, Samantha (Scranton), and cousin/second sister, Linda Nace (Lebanon), who helped her through the many challenges of cancer treatment. Linda and her daughters, Brianna, Megan, and Tiffany, spent countless hours together, having fun in the pool, camping, and playing games. Jennifer is also survived by many dearly loved aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, and sisters-in-law (North Carolina).

Jennifer was preceded in death by her in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Mease, her brother-in-law, Donald Mease, Jr., her grandparents, and her great-grandparents.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Due to COVID-19, live streaming of the service, beginning at 6:00 p.m., may be viewed at www.kreamerlumfh.com.

The family would like to thank Kathy Demarco for her nursing skills and compassionate care during Jennifer’s final days.
