To the pilots of the Life Lion helicopter who saved Jesse’s life, our family thanks you.
To the management, staff, employees, friends, and students of Milton Hershey School who donated their time and love to Jesse’s mother at a deeply devastating time, our family thanks you.
To the myriad of amazing nurses, doctors, surgeons, specialists, pharmacists, and EMT professionals who kept Jesse going against every odd, our family thanks you.
Jesse became paralyzed at the age of 23. It took a village of family and beloved friends to see to his care.
When Jesse’s sister asked him, “What should I tell everybody when it’s your time to go?” Jesse replied, “Tell everybody I said thanks.”
Immediately clapping and yelling, “Yeah!” as the Phillies just tapped a sweet home run. This made his sister smile.
Rest in peace, my brother. I told everybody you said thanks.
