Joan C. Kohl, 84, of Lebanon, formerly of Myerstown, died on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Lebanon on Oct. 24, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Earl C. and Marguerite (Schlasman) Kohl.
Joan was a 1959 graduate of Myerstown High School and a 1963 graduate of Penn State University. Joan was an elementary art teacher in the ELCO School District. She was a member of Tulpehocken Trinity.
She is survived by her brother, Ervin Kohl, and his wife, Kathy, of Myerstown; and sisters, Amy Wilder, and her husband, Tom, of New Hampshire, and Sue Christianson, and her husband, Kemp, of Manheim.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at 10 a.m., at Mount Hope Cemetery, Myerstown.
