Joan L. Reppert, 80, of Downingtown, died on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, at her home.

She was born on Friday, Feb. 23, 1940, to the late Henry K. Phillips and Alice Phillips nee Light in Lebanon.

Surviving is children, Alison B. Burlingame and Michael Rudegeair; and grandchildren, Philip Burlingame and Samantha Burlingame.
