Joanne L. Erickson, 77, of Jonestown, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Irvin D. Erickson. On Aug. 26, they would have celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary.

Born in Lebanon on Sept. 21, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Harvey C. and Janet N. (Stoudt) Weidman. She worked at the former Keystone Weaving Mills.

She is survived by her daughters, Jodie Lynn, wife of James Mason, of Sumter, SC, Irvetta DeAnne, wife of Chad Cunningham, of Fredericksburg, and Denise R. Erickson, of Jonestown; sisters, Brenda Barto, Yvonne Greene, Pamela Weidman, and Bobbie Jo Shirk, all of Lebanon; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township.
