John Clarence Bowman, 82, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021, at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center in Lebanon, PA. He was born in Lebanon, PA on Dec. 4, 1938. He was a son of the late John and Lillie (Shirk) Bowman.

He is a retiree of Wilbur Chocolate in Lititz, PA, of which he has many good friends and colleagues. John is survived by his wife, Constance Bowman, daughters, Deborah A. Trump (husband the late Gregory Trump), Brenda L. Waltermyer (husband Dale), and son, John B. Bowman (wife Tammy).

John was proud Grandpa and “Pap” to seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, Shane Layser, children, Elainna and Drayson, Nikki Herr, husband, Greg, children, Mackenzie and Tristin, Amanda Ambrosia, husband, Damian, children, Carter and Lily, Erin Hoffman, husband, Landon, children, Caden and Blake, Bryan Bowman, wife, Maggie, children Addison and Luke, Kelsey Mensch, husband, Christopher, children, Jace and Logan, and Tiffany Bowman, and his sister, Ruth Keener (husband Larry) and three nephews. He is also survived by several step-children and step-grandchildren.

John and Connie loved to go camping and to travel to many exciting locations. They also enjoyed games and fun with their children and grandchildren. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved to attend local sport events.

Funeral Mass on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon. Interment Albright Cemetery, Kleinfeltersville. Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Church.
