It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Lloyd Boehler, a beloved son, brother, and friend. John departed this life on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.
John was known for his love of all sports. He was a loyal fan of the Washington Redskins, Cincinnati Reds, and Tennessee Volunteers. He had a great memory for all the players. He also had a unique knowledge of movies and actors.
John is survived by his mother, Elaine, and step-father, Robert Jones, sister, Darlene, and brother-in-law, Thomas Eiceman, who will carry forward his memory with love and pride. He was preceded in death by his adopted father, Ernest Boehler.
