John Braun, 73, of Harrisburg, PA, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Amoroso Woodridge Health and Rehab.
Born in Lebanon, PA, on March 21, 1953, John was a son of the late John M. Braun Jr. and Catherine (Fraytic) Braun. He worked at the Department of Environmental Protection. He had a special and deep love for his dogs and cats and volunteered at the Humane Society in Myerstown.
He is survived by his sister, Kathleen Heilman (Robert); nieces, Rene Buck and Jennifer Bushman (Christopher); great-nephew, Hunter Buck; and great-niece, Zoe Bushman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at St. Cecilia’s Church, 120 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046, at 11 a.m. A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m.
