John S. Blair, 75, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at his home. He was the husband of Linda L. Kline Blair. On July 1, they would have celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary.
Born in North Annville Township on June 22, 1948, he was the son of the late Herman A. and June E. Brandt Blair.
Following high school, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He retired as a manager at a plastics factory. He was a member of the Fredericksburg American Legion. John enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Michele L. Klinger, of Lebanon; brothers, Tim and Ron Blair; sisters, June Blair, Jean Blair, Pat Andrews, Connie Stuppy, and Janet Gatewood; three grandchildren, Samantha, Ricki, and Kolton; and two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Xavion.
He was preceded in death by his son, Keith S. Blair; brothers, Bill, Warren, Gene, Herman, and James Blair; and sisters, Linda Hopkins and Wanda Spires.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment with military honors will follow at Grand View Memorial Park, North Annville Township.
