Jolene Grace Hitz and Caroline Margarett Hitz, twin infant daughters of Zachery W. and Holly E. (Smith) Hitz, of Myerstown, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, and Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025, at the Women’s and Babies Hospital in Lancaster, PA.

In addition to their parents, Jolene and Caroline are survived by their siblings, Wesley Hitz and Audree Gladfelter; and grandparents, Joseph and Lisa Smith and Steve and Anita Hitz.

Services will be held at the convenience of their family and friends at Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church in Myerstown on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at 1 p.m.
