Jonathan David Karnbach, 39, of Bethel, PA, died on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at his residence.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, on Feb. 7, 1987, he was a son of John D. and Patricia L. (Powers) Karnbach, of Bethel, PA. A 2006 graduate of Tulpehocken High School, he was employed as a cook in the dining facility at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA.
He was kindhearted, encouraging, grateful, and loved the Lord. He enjoyed music, gaming, reading scripture, going to church, and his church family. He loved his home and his family and friends, and family vacations to the beach and New York. Jonathan had a passion for history, specifically Roman culture.
In addition to his parents, Jonathan is also survived by his brother, David W. Karnbach, of Bethel.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Tri-County Worship Center, 1501 Schubert Road, Bethel, PA 19507, with Pastor Ted Williams officiating. Visitation with friends and family will begin at 10 a.m. There will be a luncheon at the church following the service.
