Jose Carlos Baez-Villaneuva, 56, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025.
Born in Puerto Rico on Sept. 10, 1968, he was the son of the late Basilio Baez and Carmen Villaneuva, of Puerto Rico.
In addition to his mother, Jose is survived by his siblings, Raul O. Baez, of Lebanon, Ada Baez, of Florida, and Carmen Baez, of Lebanon.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is handling arrangements.
