Joseph Quinlin, 75, of Harrisburg, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the Middletown Home, Middletown, PA. He was born Sunday, January 27, 1946, to the late Francis X. and Sarah C. (Heffron) Quinlin.  He is predeceased by his loving wife Mary Ann (Wilson) Quinlin, since January 1993.

Joseph was a proud Army Veteran serving our country for over 20 years.  He graduated from St. Mary’s of the Mount High School and also Duff’s Business College and Drake’s University.  In his spare time, he loved to watch old westerns, Car 54, and any Police shows.  He also enjoyed bowling, spending time with his family, and the Lepleys.

He is survived by his children, Jennifer A. and Rosemary F. Quinlin; siblings, Francis T. Quinlin and companion Gayle Brennan and Sarah A. Quinlin-Sheridan; niece and nephew, Elizabeth D. Shehab and husband Scott and Matthew D. Dillon and wife Allison; great-nieces and nephews, Erin, Ryan, and Jake Shebab, Jackson and Charlie Dillon; cousins, Margaret, Michael, Sheila, Patti, Kate and Ann Quinlin, Kathleen, John, Jane, Michael, Cindy, and Ruth Heffron.   He is predeceased by a sister, Rosemary Q. Dillon, and brothers-in-law, Frank D. Dillon and Robert A. Sheridan.

A private graveside service will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with full military honors.
