Joseph Stupak, 80, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital with his family by his side. He was the husband of Bertha (Bruntel) Stupak.

Born in Lubeck, Germany, on March 26, 1945, Joseph was the son of Anna (Burack) Stupak and the stepson of Gregori Stupak. A recipient of both the National Defense Service medal and the Vietnam Service medal, Joseph served honorably in the U.S. Navy. Throughout his life, Joseph found great joy in the outdoors, spending his time hunting and fishing. He had a deep love for his pets and the time he spent with family, cheering on his grandsons’ various sports and activities.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Melissa “Missy” Moore; son-in-law, Todd Moore Sr.; cherished grandsons, Todd “TJ” Moore Jr. and Trevor Moore; brother-in-law, Herbert Bruntel Jr., and his wife, Fran Bruntel; step-brother, John Stupak; and step-sister, Maria (Stupak) Kline. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Gregori Stupak; and mother, Anna (Burack) Stupak.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
