Joseph W. “Joe” Whary, Jr., 53, of Palmyra, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021.
Joe was born in Hershey on June 23, 1968, to Carol J. (Via) Nye of Palmyra, and the late Joseph W. Whary, Sr. He had worked in construction. Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and being outdoors. He enjoyed camping at Thousand Trails Campground.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his daughter, Nicole and her husband Jonathan Simniskis, of Jonestown, a grandchild on the way, a sister, Lisa and her husband Andrew Gardner, of Palmyra, a nephew Jason Gardner and his wife Brittney, and his beloved cat, Garfield.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be held privately. There will be a viewing held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
