Josue Miguel Rivera, 30, of Lebanon, passed away tragically on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Born in Philadelphia on April 21, 1991, he is the son of DJ Mercado and Carmen Rivera.

He worked as a welder for Supreme Corporation in Jonestown for over 7 years. He loved computers and technology and, since he was a young boy, Josue has an incredible gift for drawing. At the age of 16, Josue transformed his love for art into a career as a tattoo artist. Josue was a proud father and a kind and loving son. His life and his work has left a literal mark not only on his family and friends, but on thousands of people in Lebanon and the surrounding area.

In addition to his parents, Josue is survived by two children (with a third due in November); his fiancée, Deiyaneiyra Lopez; his siblings; maternal grandparents, his paternal grandmother; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.

At the request of the family, funeral services for Josue will take place privately. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. has been entrusted with arrangements. Please share your memories with the family at our online guest book at thompsonfuneralhomelebanon.com
