Joyce L. Hinkel, 79, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away on Monday, Feb. 17, 2025, at her home. She was the wife of the late Francis Kinkel.
Born in Quentin on March 23, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lucille Shuey Gibble.
Joyce and her husband enjoyed camping and traveling, and she loved her cats.
She is survived by her brothers, Russell L. (Linda) Gibble, of Quentin, Jeffrey Gibble, of Quentin, Rickey J. (Beverly) Gibble, of Lebanon, and Timothy Gibble, of Palmyra; sisters, Verla (Davied) Miller, of New Tripoli, and Doris Wolfe, of Lebanon; godchildren, Camisha Harris and Tina Permation; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
