June A. Ebersole, 77, of Myerstown, PA, died on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2026, at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She was the wife of J. Mark Ebersole, to whom she would have been married for 58 years on Oct. 19, 2026.
Born in Lebanon, PA, on Oct. 2, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Anna Mae (Brubaker) Sauder. A 1966 graduate of Annville-Cleona High School, she attended Mount Aetna Bible Church. June was an avid supporter of Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child, creating handmade gifts for children year after year. She loved traveling, sewing, reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. For over 40 years, she operated her own cleaning service. She also worked for the American Cancer Society in Annville.
In addition to her husband, June is survived by her daughter, Glenda Ebersole, wife of Mark Boyce, of Mechanicsburg; son, Thomas, husband of Janet Ebersole, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Kevin Means, Amanda Means, Isaiah Ebersole, Seth Ebersole, and Ethan Ebersole; sisters, Gladys Haller, wife of John Haller, of Ephrata, and Anna Mae Sauder, of Beaver Springs; brothers, Daniel Sauder, of Lebanon, Melvin, husband of Miriam Sauder, of Beavertown, and Mervin, husband of Pam Sauder, of Mifflinburg; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026, at 2 p.m., at Mount Aetna Bible Church, 11 N. Chestnut St., Mount Aetna, PA 19544, preceded by a visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will be private.
