Kathryn Fisher Klopp, 92, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021.
She was born on Dec. 14, 1928, in Myerstown, PA. She was the daughter of the late Adam and Violet (Schott) Fisher. Kathryn retired from Sterling Winthrop in Myerstown, where she looked forward to going to work every day. She was happiest spending time with her family and friends, going to the casino, gardening, and loving her cat, Scooter. She spent her last three years at Artis Senior Living in Lemoyne, PA, where she lived her life to the fullest, engaged in many social activities, especially enjoying trips, bowling, and bingo. She was surrounded by the love and care of the many staff member she considered family. Kathryn never had an unkind thought or word about anyone and always saw the good in people.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her young son, Perry Robert. She was the youngest of seven children, and was preceded in death by all of her siblings – brothers, Samuel, Frank, George, and infant brother, Johnny, as well as sisters, Mary and Emma, who were not only her sisters but her best friends.
Kathryn is survived by her daughters, Madelyn Touchet, and husband, Neil, of Lewisberry, Linda Klopp, of Lebanon, and granddaughter, Angela Delong, of Hamburg, along with many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind many other family members and her dear friends.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
