Kenneth L. Yetter, 79, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023, at Palmyra Senior Living. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda L. (Dissinger) Yetter.
Born in Lebanon, PA, on March 17, 1944, he was the son of the late Richard J. Yetter Sr. and Carrie (Heller) Yetter.
Ken was a member of the Lebanon Valley Bible Church and a founding member of the “NCHA Lebanon Balognians Camping Club.” He worked at the Lebanon Steel Foundry and was the owner of his own business, Yetter’s Upholstery Shop. Ken enjoyed NFL football and the Philadelphia Eagles, collecting trains, woodworking, and had a “sweet tooth” for desserts of all kinds.
Surviving is three daughters, Valarie Strouse, of Annville, Stephanie Yetter, wife of E.J., of Phoenix, Arizona, and Audrie Yetter-Gragson, wife of John, of Lebanon; a brother, Thomas Yetter, of Florida; eight grandchildren, Tiffany Yetter, Samantha Bowser, Joshua Bowser, Zackary Bowser, Alicia Strouse-Sellers, wife of Alex, Rebeka Strouse-Phelps, wife of Colt, Ethan Gragson, and Kierstine Bowser; and three great-grandchildren, Kairo King, Koda King, and Poppy Sellers.
In addition to his wife, Ken is preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald Yetter, Neil Yetter, and Richard J. Yetter Jr.
A public viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Grand View Memorial Park.
