Kenneth R. “Mike” Seibert, 95, of Palmyra, went home to be with the Lord and his complete healing on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospital after a brief illness. Born Tuesday, February 2, 1926, in Palmyra, he was the son of the late John and Thelma (Stutzman) Seibert. He was married 69 years to Isabelle M. (Whorley) Seibert.
Mike was a long-time attendee of the Reamstown Church of God. A mechanic, he worked for Klick Lewis Auto Dealership in Palmyra for over 40 years. He loved woodworking, using his skills to make furniture and grandfather clocks. He also enjoyed working with his metal detector. Mike liked to watch ice hockey and was an avid Hershey Bears fan. His greatest joy in life was his three granddaughters.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter Tabetha (“Beth”) A. Haldeman and husband Rob, of Ephrata; three granddaughters, Summer Joy and fiance’ Trevor Lambert, Aubrey Hope and Robin Rae, all of Ephrata; one sister Jean Marburger and four brothers, Carl, Leonard, Harold, and Dennis. He was predeceased by siblings, Robert Harper and Charles, Richard, Edward, Donald, and Clair Seibert.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
