Kim G. Siple, 63, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, at UPMC West Shore. She was the wife of Charles F. Siple Jr. On Nov. 1, they celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary.

Born in Lebanon on Dec. 20, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Ken and Ruth (Bishop) Gruber. For 45 years, she worked for the Annville Veterinary Hospital as a vet technician and receptionist. She was a member of the Mount Zion Road Church and was a former member of Resurrection Life Church in Upland. She loved and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Kaitlyn, wife of Seth Erb, of Lebanon; step-children, Rabecca, Charles III, and Cassandra; grandchildren, Camaron and Ethan; brothers, Ken, husband of Beth Gruber, of Elysburg, and Keith Gruber, of Fredericksburg; sister, Kelly, wife of Keith Kintzel, of Mechanicsburg; and nieces and nephews, Nicole, Ashley, Faith, Jason, Stephanie, Michael, Rissa, and Connor.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at Mount Zion Road Church. A celebration of life gathering and visiting with the family will follow the service at the Word of Life Center at the church.
