Larry B. Stelter, 78, passed away on June 20, 2024, in the VA Medical Center of Lebanon, PA.

Larry Stelter was born on Jan. 16, 1946, in Brenham, TX, to the late Robert C. Stelter and Emma (Schroeder) Stelter.

After his high school graduation, Larry went on to earn an apprenticeship as a tradesman before starting his long career as a pipefitter. Larry married Diane Stahle Stelter, and for 30 glorious years, they enjoyed one another’s company and annually walked the Southern Shores of the Outer Banks in North Carolina together. The couple had two children, Jeffrey Stelter, of Berks County, and Jennifer Morgan, of Lebanon County. Larry was a true salt-of-the-earth lover of the natural world, best known for being an aficionado of fishing and dirt track racing. Larry also served in the United States Army from 1965 to 1967.

Larry is survived by his son, Jeffrey (Mary) Stelter, of Mohnton; daughter, Jennifer (John) Morgan, of Reading; grandchildren, Jayden Stelter, Megan Morgan, and Kaitlyn Morgan; and brother, Gary Stelter.

Larry is preceded in death by his wife, Diane Stelter.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
