Larry W. Michael, 73, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024. He was the husband of the late Margaret “Peggy” Michael.

Born in Green Point on Dec. 8, 1950, he was the son of the late Kenny R. and Viola E. Kreiser Michael.

Following high school, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. For several years, Larry worked at Indiantown Gap. He then retired from the former TTMA Truck Stop in Frystown, where he had been the shop manager. He loved the flea market. For over 20 years, he worked at his flea market stand at Renninger’s Flea Market, and he considered the people there to be his family.

He is survived by his brothers, Chester P. (Irene) Michael, of Fredericksburg, Kenneth R. (Lillian) Michael, of Green Point, and Ronald E., husband of the late Shirley Michael, of Green Point; sister, Irene S., wife of Adam Beam, of Green Point; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard R., Woodrow E., and Linwood Michael.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, Aug. 2, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township.
