Lawrence C. “Larry” Snyder, 92, of Myerstown, died on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

He was born on Sunday, Sept. 2, 1928, to the late Paul Snyder and Ella Snyder nee Troutman in Lebanon. He was a member of Friedens Evangelical Lutheran and was a veteran of the Navy in World War II. Larry graduated from Heidelberg Twp. High School in 1946 and was an avid bowler, fisherman, and golfer. He also enjoyed hunting and boating.

Surviving is a son, Daniel O. Snyder, grandchildren, Scott D. Snyder and Sheri Deimler, and spouse, Dustin, great-grandchildren, Alania Kline and Kira Kline. He was preceded in death by his wife, Erna Snyder nee Gruber.

Services are private. Memorial contributions may be made to Kutztown Community Fire Company, 519A Kutztown Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067.
