Lillybeth Hernandez-Samsel, 39, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Mayana, Puerto Rico on February 12, 1981, Lillybeth was a daughter of Leydi Jose Hernandez-Cruz and Lelis Arce Fortuna. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family. She loved helping anyone she could and was proud to be an organ donor.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children, Alexandra Stultz, Sedina Samsel, and Angel Samsel; two grandchildren, Zariyah and Sophia; her best friends, Dahy Melendez and Fawn Whitman; two brothers, Miguel Lugo and Carlos Serrano; a sister, Linda Lugo; and several other siblings.
