Lloyd R. Walborn Sr., 94, of Manheim, formerly of North Annville, went to be with the Lord on Aug. 27, a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning. He was the loving husband of Pauline G. (Hoerner) Walborn, to whom he was married for 73 years.

Born in Lebanon, he was a son of the late George Walborn Sr., and Lydia S. (Deiner) Walborn.

Lloyd was the owner/operator of Walborn’s Body Shop for over 40 years. He was a member of the North Annville Bible Church and a member of Gideon’s International. Lloyd was an avid hunter and enjoyed traveling upstate to his cabin to hunt. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Pauline, he is survived by two daughters, Gail Funt and Debra, wife of Scott Wertz; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Gladys Walborn.

Lloyd was preceded in death by two sons, Lloyd R. Walborn Jr. and Gary G. Walborn; one step-brother, George Walborn Jr.; and one son-in-law, Kenneth Funt.

The Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, at 11 a.m. from North Annville Bible Church, 4590 Hill Church Road, Annville. Interment will be held at a later date. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of his service at the Church.
