Loretta E. Sapp, 89, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024, at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center.
Born in Cumbola, PA, on Dec. 23, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Isabelle (Rusatsky) Grady.
Loretta was a world traveler, having lived in the Middle East for a number of years. She loved watching classic movies, spending time by the ocean, and most importantly, being with her family. Later in life, she found her greatest vocation, caring for her grandchildren, whom she loved fiercely.
Surviving are three daughters, Linda M. Jackson, fiance of Eric Walter, of Lebanon, Beth Ann Protivnak, wife of Joseph, of Cumbola, and LeeAnn Sabia, wife of Tom, of Baltimore, Maryland; two brothers, Thomas Grady, husband of Sandra, of Pottsville, and Robert Grady, of Danville, four grandchildren, Ryan D. Jackson, Erika R. Jackson, Julia L. Jackson, and Cory Protivnak; a great-granddaughter, Ava Protivnak; and nephews, Christopher Grady and David Grady.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William C. Sapp. In addition to her husband, Loretta was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Amanda Protivnak.
The family extends a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Cedar Haven 2D, who cared for Loretta over the past two years.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville, is handling arrangements.
