Loretta M. Lubold, 95, of East Hanover Township, Dauphin County and formerly of Lawnton passed away Monday, November 8, 2021. Born June 16, 1926 in Dauphin County, she was a daughter of the late Leonard L. and Fannie I. (West) Ralph and widow of Reid T. Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her one brother and three sisters.
Retired from Commonwealth National Bank, she then worked as secretary to State Service Officer of the DAV, Camp Hill. She served as the 1st President of East Shore Women’s Club and secretary for Tank Battalion Association #805. Loretta was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church, Grantville, American Legion #998 Lawnton, and DAV Auxiliary Unit 50, Camp Hill where she also served as State Adjutant.
Surviving are her husband Melvin J. Lubold; sons Reid T., II, husband of Judith A. Wilson of Newport and William L., husband of Tracie L. Wilson of Harrisburg; daughters Karin, wife of Marlin J. McCormick of Harrisburg and Deannea, wife of Kenneth A. Platt, Jr. of Newport; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
A funeral will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 165 Firehouse Road, Grantville preceded by a viewing from 10:00 a.m.  Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.
