Lorraine A. Koons, 103, passed into God’s loving arms in the Lebanon Valley Home on March 28, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Herbert Koons, who died in 2001.

She voted in every election since she was eligible to vote and was inducted into the PA Voters Hall of Fame. She was recognized in Lebanon County Historical Society’s Women in Lebanon County History Exhibit in October 2024 and received her Rosie the Riveter Congressional Gold Medal in December 2024.
