Louis V. Juliani, 93, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021, at his residence. He was the husband of Leonora (Sergott) Juliani.
Born in Nanticoke, PA on Feb. 16, 1928, he was a son of the late James and Giovanna (Volpicelli) Juliani. Lou was a US Army veteran stationed in the Philippine Islands. After his service time in the Army, he moved to Lebanon to work as an aide at the Lebanon VA Medical Center for 6 years. After leaving the VA he became the proprietor of the Atlantic Service Station in Lebanon and later operated the A Plus in Quentin from 1968 to 1990.
After a two-year retirement, he later turned his interest and served as a Legislative Aide under the House Representative Peter Zug. In his early years, Lou served as President of Cedar Crest Booster Club and served on Cornwall Boro Council with two years as President. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Cornwall.
Surviving in addition to his wife Leonora is a son, Kirk, husband of Kimberly Juliani, two grandsons, Michael and Dominic, husband of Kasandra Juliani, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 2596 Cornwall Road, Cornwall. A visitation will be held prior to Mass from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors.
