Lyle M. Swisher, 66, of Jonestown, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020, at Cedar Haven.
Born in Lebanon on August 19, 1954, he was the son of the late Daniel W. and Anne L. Thompson Swisher. He was a graduate of Northern Lebanon High School Class of 1972. He then served in the U.S. Navy. Lyle liked to party. He was known by walking the streets of Jonestown and standing on the bridge waving at everyone entering town.
He is survived by brothers Daniel Swisher, III, John Swisher, Mike Swisher and step-brothers Billy, Donny and Carl Swisher; sisters Lori Eckard and Jane Swisher; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a step-brother James Swisher.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Mt. Annville Cemetery.
