Lynne Spahr was born on August 15, 1945, to Miriam and Leroy Reich in Lebanon, PA.

She had two brothers, Tom and Richard who preceded her in death and a sister, Susan who lives in Lebanon.

She grew up in Lebanon, PA, where she met and married Thomas Spahr. Tom and Lynne were married for almost 55 years.

During the course of her life, Lynne lived in Lebanon and York, Pennsylvania, Colorado Springs, Colorado and Great Falls, Montana. Her life was filled with love of family, church family, gardening, and decorating. She found great joy in entertaining friends, family and serving in many different roles for her church. She also loved to cook, play games and laugh.

She was surrounded by her daughter, Kari Scheaffer, her sister Susan Blouch, her son Brian Spahr and her husband Tom Spahr when she went to sleep in Jesus on May 30, 2021.   

A memorial service for Lynne will be held on June 10, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Hershey Adventist Church, 610 W. Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Lebanon Rescue Mission, in memory of Lynne.
