It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margarita Moreno Vega, who departed this life peacefully on Feb. 5, 2025, at the age of 81.
Margarita was born on Sept. 2, 1943, to the late Julio Moreno and Julia Vega in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and she embraced her role as a devoted homemaker throughout her life.
Margarita made her home in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, where she was surrounded by her loving family and friends.
She is survived by her cherished children, Milady Saez Moreno (Armando Rodriguez), Alexander Saez Moreno, Richard Saez Moreno (Maria Garcia), and Paco Saez Moreno (Jacqueline Soto). Margaritas’s legacy continues through her beloved grandchildren, Kathyannette, Alexandra, Alexander, Gabrielle, Javier, Brenesys, Kemuel, Richmarie, and Jayden; along with her precious great-granddaughter, Aelani.
Margarita will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and her nurturing spirit.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life and bid farewell during the following ceremonies: Viewing will take place at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc., on Feb. 8, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will immediately follow the viewing at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc., starting at 8 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2025. Graveside services will be held at Kimmerlings Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
