Marie G. Garrett, 96, of Annville passed away Monday, May 2, 2022 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the loving wife of the late George G. Garrett who passed away in 2008.

Born in W. Cornwall Twp., PA she was a daughter of the late Isaac and Stella (Imboden) Lentz.

Marie worked in the domestic’s department at Boscov’s Department Store in Lebanon until her retirement. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, sewing, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

Marie is survived by two children Pamela Brocious and Phillip E. Garrett and wife Beth Henry-Garrett; five grandchildren Eric Garrett, James Mills, John Mills, Audrey Rutt, and Michelle Rutt; two great-grandchildren Evelynn Mills and Cece Carini and one sister Myrl Hershey.

She was preceded in death by a son Paul D. Garrett, granddaughter Danielle Garrett and five siblings Mark Lentz, Elwood Lentz, Melvin Lentz, Marian Parks, and Eleanor Brown.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. A public viewing will be held Thursday, May 5, 2022, from 6-8 PM from Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St. Annville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association in her memory.
