Mark G. Ulrich, 79, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Diana L. Schucker.

Born in Lebanon on May 14, 1943, he was the son of the late Paul S. and Hilda E. Flowers Ulrich.

From 5th -12th grade, he played the drums in the marching band at Lebanon School District. He loved music and was known for his country grease band “Brown-Eyed Two” featuring Kelley and Mark, “Solid Gold,” and numerous other bands. He was a Vietnam combat veteran in the U.S. Army. Throughout his life, he suffered multiple effects from Agent Orange. He was a lifetime member of the Lebanon VFW Post 23, where he served as the surgeon from 2005-2006. He was also a life member of the DAV and Independent Fire Co. #9.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Randall G. Ulrich; daughters Lisa M. (Dave) Miller, Shelly J. Ulrich, and Renee D. (Jon) Sattazahn; brother Samuel Ulrich; sister Edith Wentzel; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Paula Harner wife of Richard D. Harner, Jr., of Lebanon, and brothers Richard Miller, Frederick Ulrich, and Dennis Ulrich.

Services with military honors will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
