Marthalynn Ruth Moon, 81, of Lebanon, PA, died on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at her daughter’s home. She was the wife of Eric Bert Moon, who died on July 23, 2024.
Born in Lebanon on Oct. 22, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Charles Richard and Earlene Louise (Williams) Hoffman. Marthalynn was a 1961 graduate of Lebanon High School. She was employed as a CNA at Community Service Group, Lebanon. Marthalynn also worked at Boscov’s and Everite Mills, Lebanon. She enjoyed going to Root’s Market and other farmers’ markets and shopping.
Marthalynn is survived by her daughter, Susan Fernsler, wife of Gary Fett, of Lebanon; son, William Wunderlich III, of Palmyra; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sister, Christiana, husband of Kevin Long, of Myerstown; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Tippy.
She was preceded in death by her son, William Wunderlich II; sister, Sandra Fay Scibelli; and half-brother, E. Dewey Tice.
Services and interment will be private.
