Martin L. Mehaffey III, 75, passed away on Feb. 14, 2026, in Myerstown, PA.

Martin Mehaffey was born on July 17, 1950, in Lebanon, PA, to Martin and Gertrude Mehaffey. He enjoyed a long career as a director of maintenance. Martin was a loving husband and devoted best friend to his wife, Jane L. Mehaffey. He was known for his appreciation of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and Chevrolet Corvettes. Martin proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1971 to 1974, during the Vietnam War.

Martin is survived by his wife, Jane Mehaffey; children, Chris Mehaffey, Missy Mehaffey, Tara Mehaffey, and Billy Mehaffey; siblings, James (Sandy) Mehaffey, Judy Mehaffey, Jody (Dean) DeWald, and Joan (Brett) French; sister-in-law, Maryann Mehaffey; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four nephews; and three nieces. Martin was preceded in death by his son, Michael Mehaffey; and brothers, Richard and Steven Mehaffey.

Services for Mr. Martin Mehaffey will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations can be made in Martin’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
