Mary A. Yingst, 99, of Palmyra, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Londonderry Village. She was the wife of the late Earl C. Yingst, who passed away in 1995.

Mary was born in Bethel, Berks County, on Dec. 24, 1926, to the late J. Enos and Jennie (Eckert) Herr. She was a homemaker. Mary was a member of the former L.V. Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, where she was involved with missions in the church. She enjoyed working with puzzles, knitting, painting, and was involved with Cleona Senior Citizens. Mary painted beautiful pictures for many. She will be remembered for loving Jesus and being a wonderful Christian lady.

She was the last of her immediate family. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin L. Yingst; and siblings, Irvin Herr, Orpha Kleinfelter, Lucy Reigert, Margaret Herr, and Elva Herr.

She will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park, Lebanon, with her late husband.
