Mary E. Gundrum Bragg, 93, of Pine Grove, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of the late George D. Gundrum Sr.
Born on April 9, 1932, in Pulaski County, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Andrew T. and Eva M. (Phillips) Gray. Mary was a machine operator with the former H.H. Brown Shoe Co. in Richland for 39 years. She was a member of Sattazahn Lutheran Church, where she served as secretary on the church council, choir member, Sunday school teacher, evangelism chairperson, committee coordinator for events, and quilting club member, and loved gardening at the church property. Mary was an auxiliary member of the Friends of Spang Crest.
Mary is survived by her children, George D. Gundrum Jr., Cynthia M. (Gregory) Harding, and Catherine L. (Gary) Harmon; grandchildren, Brandy Minnix, Korbee (Alison) Harmon, Travis (Danielle) Gundrum, and Tyler (LaJoy) Gundrum; great-grandchildren, TJ Gundrum, Lucas Harmon, and Mabel Harmon; and sister, Margaret Spitler. She was preceded in death by her brothers, John, Joseph, David, and James Gray; sisters, Rose Gray, Agnes Cox, Marjorie Price, and Loretta Lutz; daughter-in-law, Debra L. “Debi” Gundrum; and grandson-in-law, Jason Minnix.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at Sattazahn Lutheran Church, 185 Green Point School Road, Jonestown. There will be a visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.
