Mary E. Short, 94, of Lebanon, died on Friday, Nov. 3, 2023, at Cedar Haven.

She was born on Saturday, June 15, 1929, to the late James Hartman and Isabel Hartman nee Lantz, of Lebanon.

She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and worked as a clerk at Foodland and Hills Department Stores.

Surviving is children, Rochelle A. Lesher, and spouse, Thomas, and Rev. Edward J. Short, and spouse, Carol; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and stepbrothers, Marlin Brouse and Robert Brouse.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Short; brother, Russel Hartman, Charles Hartman, and Helen Keller.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
