A Memorial Service for Matthew will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 1 PM at Faith Baptist Church, 220 S. 22nd Street, Lebanon, PA, with a visitation to begin at 12 PM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Faith Baptist Church.
