Melody A. McCarty, 56, of Harrisburg, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Lebanon on January 6, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Carl D. McCarty, Sr., and Rosemary A. (Putt) McCarty of Bethel.
Melody graduated from Lebanon High School with the Class of 1982. Later in life, she went to Harrisburg Area Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She enjoyed baking, music, crocheting, and crafting. She loved her family and had a special place in her heart for all her grandchildren
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three daughters, several grandchildren, one brother, and three sisters.
Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family.
