Michael Callahan, born on March 13, 1950, in Boston, MA, passed away at the age of 76, surrounded by the love of his family at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was a graduate of Woodbridge High School. Michael dedicated his professional life to a career of service with SONOCO Products Company in Robesonia, PA, where he retired as a respected Logistics Specialist after many years of commitment and hard work.
Above all, Michael was a family man whose greatest joy was spending time with those he loved. He is survived by his devoted wife, Susan J. (Schneider) Callahan; daughters, Maureen Krall and Caroline Callahan; son-in-law, David Krall; and cherished granddaughters, Hannah Krall and Mikaela Krall. He also leaves behind Charles Ellis, fiancé of his granddaughter, Hannah, who held a special place in his extended family.
Michael will be remembered for his kind heart, steady presence, and the values he instilled in those around him. He was an avid reader who found joy in learning, a passionate fisherman who loved the peace of the outdoors, and a talented carpenter who took pride in working with his hands. Whether building something for his family, enjoying a favorite book, or casting a line into the water, Michael approached life with patience, dedication, and gratitude.
His love, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to family will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
