Michael Stein Meiser, 80, of Lebanon, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

He was born on Tuesday, August 25, 1942, to the late Franklin Z. Meiser and Evelyn S. Meiser nee Stein in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

He attended the Avon United Methodist Church. Michael was a hard-working man who devoted 34 years of his working career to Founder’s Hall at the Milton Hershey School. When he wasn’t working, Michael enjoyed the outdoors as an avid hunter, a member of the R. Field & Stream Sports Club, Dela-ches Fishing Association and the Marion Township Rod & Gun Club. He was also a big supporter of the National Rifle Association of America.

Surviving is his wife of 57 years Helen Meiser; children Nadine Tomco (spouse Fred) and Bill Meiser (fiance Athena); grandchildren Ashley Dudkiewicz (Joseph), Jordan Meiser, Britnee Meiser, William Gjerde, and Nikos Gjerde; and great-grandchild Tobi Adekoje.

He is preceded in death by a beloved son Scott Meiser.

An evening viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Christman’s Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home, with viewing starting at 9:00 AM. Burial will take place at Kimmerling’s Cemetery, 1 St Jacob’s Drive, Lebanon, at 11:00 AM.
