Nancy L. Potteiger, 76, of Jonestown, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021, at her home.

Born in Easton on December 12, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Russel and Esther Woodring. Nancy had worked as a library aide at Lebanon High School, a teacher’s aide at Cornwall-Lebanon and a suspension room teacher at Elkland High School. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon. She was also a member of the PSEA where she had served as an officer. She enjoyed walking, watching clouds and sunsets, writing poetry, and especially her dog Charlie.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Jason T. husband of Jessica Potteiger, of Moncks Corner, SC, and Thomas M. husband of Elizabeth Potteiger, of High Ridge, MO, grandchildren, Chloe, Ashleyn, Cole, Jack, Mary Louise, and Michael, a brother, Russel husband of Jennie Woodring, of Lebanon, PA, and her sister, Barbara Ann Kohr, of Jonestown, PA.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday evening, April 28, 2021, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. A service will follow at 7:00 p.m.
