Neal I. Wolfe, 88, of Myerstown, PA, died on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was the husband of Barbara A. (Vance) Wolfe, who died on Oct. 30, 2019.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on May 2, 1937, he was a son of the late John L. and Elsie (Phillipy) Wolfe. Neal was a 1955 graduate of Northern Lebanon High School. He was employed as a housekeeping aide at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, for 35 years.

Neal is survived by his son, Ray L. Wolfe, of Myerstown, PA; brothers, Earl Wolfe, of Texas, and Mark Wolfe, husband of Dorothy, of Mechanicsburg, PA; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Carl, Henry, Stanley, John H., and Sterling P. Wolfe; and sisters, Mary Dieffenbach and Earline Bryan.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 3, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
