Nellie T. Fitts, 87, of Myerstown, died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020, at Cedar Haven in Lebanon, PA. She was the widow of Richard D. Fitts, who died Dec. of 1969.

Born in Myerstown, PA on Sept. 19, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Anna (Kugelman) Pfaltz and Philip Pfaltz, Sr. A 1951 graduate of Myerstown H.S. and 1980 graduate of Lebanon VoTech School, Nellie also took several courses at Penn State. She retired after 17 years as an LPN and after 22 years as a cashier at K-Mart Lebanon, PA. Nellie attended Living Waters Chapel. She enjoyed decorating, crafts, traveling, and especially, enjoyed cooking for everyone.

Surviving is daughters, Theresa A., wife of Steven Howard, of Richland, and Audrey A. Kintzel, of Lebanon; sons, Kevin A. Long, husband of Christie, of Myerstown, and Jeffrey A. Fitts, husband of Alison, of Mt. Joy; a brother, Philip Pfaltz, Jr., husband of Shirley, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Lisa, wife of Ryan Liskey, Dustin Howard, husband of Lindsy, Brandon Howard, Shaun Howard, Ricky Fitts, Matthew Kintzel, and wife, Brittany, and Jason Kintzel, and wife, Amanda; two step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Nellie was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Jessica Howard-Brubaker and Joshua Nagle; and a brother, George Pfaltz.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
